BirksteinOtler Shadow Board is designed specifically for hot melt adhesive lines, integrating the required PPE for handling hot melts, cleaning stations, tool stations, and visual control points (VCPs) to help management to enhance efficiency and compliance when using adhesives.

Includes the stainless steel freestanding frame (no wheels), A4 Snap frame, hooks and holders for required tools such as Infra-red thermometer, safety gloves, safety visor, adhesive scoop, adhesive storage bin, scraper (Note: does not include the tools)

• Optimise your adhesive application by having the optimised adhesive settings (temperatures, pressures etc)  captured on a shadowboard next to the production line.
